We are confident that you will be more than happy with your purchase from Cottonshack. However in the unlikely event that you wish to return goods we are happy to offer a 30 day no-quibble money back gaurantee. This will begin from the date of purchase. This offer does not affect your statutory rights. As a customer you are entitled to a 7day cooling off period as laid out in the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Act 2000.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
To return your goods within the 30 day period please email sales@cottonshack or call 07753567405, quoting your order number and contact details. You must send goods back to us using a service that you can track as we are not responsible for any goods that go missing whilst they are being returned to us. Please take reasonable care of items that are supplied to you prior to returning them. We only accept goods that are not faulty if they are unopened and in their original condtion.
Cancellations- Under the EU Distance Selling Directive you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to cancel you order please contact sales@cottonshack.co.uk quoting your order number and contact details. We will then provide you with details on what to do next and your returns number. You must take reasonable care of the goods before they are sent back to us. You will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the goods to us if the goods are not faulty or incorrect. Please send the goods back to us using a method that you can track as we can not be held responsible for goods that go missing in transit.
