Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Delta. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling
Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales and within a maximum of 10 working days. All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within 28 days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date.
All products are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on their size and value. On rare occasions different products in the same order may be delivered separately. All delivery conditions and charges are subject to change without prior notice.
VAT is charged on total of order placed including the shipping cost.

Returns Policy
We are confident that you will be more than happy with your purchase from Cottonshack. However in the unlikely event that you wish to return goods we are happy to offer a 30 day no-quibble money back gaurantee. This will begin from the date of purchase. This offer does not affect your statutory rights. As a customer you are entitled to a 7day cooling off period as laid out in the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Act 2000.

To return your goods within the 30 day period please email sales@cottonshack or call 07753567405, quoting your order number and contact details. You must send goods back to us using a service that you can track as we are not responsible for any goods that go missing whilst they are being returned to us. Please take reasonable care of items that are supplied to you prior to returning them. We only accept goods that are not faulty if they are unopened and in their original condtion.
Cancellations- Under the EU Distance Selling Directive you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to cancel you order please contact sales@cottonshack.co.uk quoting your order number and contact details. We will then provide you with details on what to do next and your returns number. You must take reasonable care of the goods before they are sent back to us. You will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the goods to us if the goods are not faulty or incorrect. Please send the goods back to us using a method that you can track as we can not be held responsible for goods that go missing in transit. |
